Concierge Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. This role requires attentiveness, professionalism, and a proactive attitude to assist with daily needs, monitor property activity, and respond to concerns with patience and care.

Schedule 1:

Monday 1500-2300

Tuesday 1500-2300

Wednesday 1500-2300

Thursday 1500-2300

Friday 0700-1500

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests warmly, offering assistance, directions, and information as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to all residents and visitors.
• Monitor property access and report any unusual activity or safety concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and common areas to ensure a secure and pleasant atmosphere.
• Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with building management and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and incident reports.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or security preferred.
• Valid Florida Class D Security License (if applicable to the property).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in all situations.
• Dependable, punctual, and well-groomed.
