Job Title: Receptionist

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Provide front desk and administrative support to attorneys and business professionals, including managing conference room reservations, handling food orders, sending daily office email communications, and overseeing front-of-house operations. This role requires a dynamic, customer service-focused individual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $19-$21/hr
Responsibilities:
Manage switchboard and direct incoming calls.
Reserve office and conference spaces.
Coordinate catering/food orders for meetings.
Monitor and respond to office-related email communications.
Serve as front-of-house manager, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of switchboard or front desk experience.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
