The Concierge greets and provides support and resource information on the organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

The Concierge welcomes Patients to the Center in a warm and friendly manner, will take Patient information and put names on a waiting list, cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms, and interacts with Patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience. Provides assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications:

1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.

MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and highly organized
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Preferred Qualifications:

Value-based care model experience
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)

Working Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 to 5:00

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humanas Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$37,440 - $42,500 per year
