Lead Bartender for LGBTQ+ Social Club

We are a LGBTQ+ social club in San Francisco, seeking to add (1) highly qualified individual to our staff.

Schedule can potentially include 4 nights / week (~30 hours/week total), Wednesday through Saturday. Plus occasional special event opportunities on other days of the week.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, responsible, hard-working person with experience in hospitality, craft cocktails, and wine, as well as an interest in becoming part of our club's social community.

Successful applicants will have the following:

Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday evenings as a set schedule is a plus++
Experience in craft cocktails and exceptional bartending skills
Experience in general hospitality, social clubs a plus
A high level of emotional intelligence
Eagerness to adapt and improve policies and procedures
Polished personal presentation
Interest in developing a unique and exceptional experience
