The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing food service to ensure that food and beverages are delivered to customers promptly, adhering to the established standards of the facility. This includes explaining menu items, terms, and offering suggestions to customers when requested.

What Were Looking For:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as servers. In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive by ensuring food and beverages are delivered promptly and in accordance with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Ensure all service standards are followed as outlined in the server training manual.
  • Use suggestive selling and up-selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
  • Explain daily features and present the wine list when seating guests.
  • Accurately take and review all orders with the guest.
  • Prepare and deliver beverages in a timely manner, following wine service steps when necessary.
  • Run food to tables promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform quality check-backs with guests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in restocking items such as rollups, pockets, and polished cutlery.
  • Handle cash and follow proper room post procedures.
  • Clear and reset tables during the shift.
  • Properly input all orders into the POS system.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and refilling supplies as needed.
  • Thank guests as they leave and inquire about their meal experience.
  • Report any customer complaints to the supervisor on duty immediately.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management or dictated by business needs.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team, supporting fellow servers and other staff members.
  • Basic math skills and experience using a POS system.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (or comply with local legal age requirements).
