Bartenders with Barista experience for neighborhood gathering spot

Baker Falls is looking for Bartenders with barista experience to help us grow our day/evening and late night business.

Bar/Cafe/Venue with a neighborhood vibe looking to add seasoned professional Bartenders as we enter a new phase in our operations. We are seeking those with open availability to start immediately. We are looking for an extremely trustworthy and reliable team with whom we can set expectations but then let you do your job. We enjoy people willing to cross-train and we don't need individuals who are set in their ways or who think they know everything. Our hiring philosophies have worked very successfully for us in the past to build a strong team vs over-staffing.

We like a dedicated long-term, experienced team who have chosen hospitality life as their career...and in return, we hope we can provide that you are happy working for us and making a good living wage.

We have over 30 years experience running local institutions in the East Village and do not want to waste anyone's time.

You must have several years experience, but does NOT need to be in NYC.

We are looking for conversational-style friendly team members who can chat and build regulars while still making sure everyone is happy when you are 3 deep at the bar or have a long line at the cafe.

NYC Food handler is a big plus.
