Pool Service/Repair Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Pool Repair & Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in pool maintenance and repairs who is looking for flexible part-time work. If you don't have experience on the pool Industry no worries, we will train you.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and chemical balancing
Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators for proper operation
Conduct minor equipment repairs and replacements (motors, seals, timers, etc.)
Diagnose issues and assist with repair projects as needed
Record service details using our mobile app (training provided)
Communicate professionally with customers when on-site
Report any major issues to the Office promptly
Maintain cleanliness of work area and company-provided tools

Requirements:

Experience in pool maintenance and/or repairs preferred (we will provide training for the right candidate)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid drivers license.
