Primary Restaurant and Bar is a mountain modern restaurant located in the heart of Highlands, NC. Serving a wide variety of lunch and dinner options, we strive for delicious food at a great value in the most attractive venue around.

**DUTIES:**

- Greet customers upon arrival at the restaurant

- Get diners seated, hand out menus and explain who their server will be and specials.

- Take feedback from diners

- Assist with cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners

- Memorize the food menu and wine list as well as any nightly specials

- Setting tables throughout the shift
