Requirements:
  1. Must have 2-3+ years of line cook experience in fine dining setting.
  2. Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
  3. Ability to work various days and hours as business dictates.
  4. Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
  5. Must have reliable transportation to work.
  6. Must be able to obtain proper uniform, including black non-slip shoes
  7. Must have proof to legally work in the United States

Position Summary : The Line Cook position is an opportunity to be part of a highly functioning and evolving kitchen which focuses on technique, detail, and structure in a fast-paced high volume dining room. We offer growth and advancement with opportunities to thrive in all areas of the kitchen including working a wood fired grill, wood fired oven, fish lead, fish entremetier, raw bar and seafood, garde manger, pastry production and execution.

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $25.00) plus tips
