Waterworks Food + Drink, located in the historic Champlain Mill overlooking the Winooski River, is seeking a talented and motivated bartender to join our team. While this position is currently focused exclusively on bartending, were looking for someone interested in growing into administrative or leadership responsibilities over time.

This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who loves being behind the bar and wants to eventually take the next step toward bar management or admin support.

What Youll Do:
-Deliver excellent guest experiences during regular bartending shifts.
-Craft cocktails with consistency, creativity, and efficiency.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
-Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
-Future opportunities to assist with:
-Inventory and ordering
-Scheduling and team training
-Menu development and costing
-Vendor relationships

What Were Looking For:
-2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
-Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
-Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
-A collaborative mindset and interest in growing within the team
-Curiosity about or desire to eventually take on leadership or admin responsibilities
