We are seeking a professional and personable Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will create a memorable first impression, provide genuine hospitality, and ensure our guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations and walk-in seating through our system (e.g., Resy/OpenTable)
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow
Handle guest inquiries with grace and a sense of urgency
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front entrance and host stand
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a host in a high-end or full-service restaurant preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Poised, well-groomed, and confident under pressure
Punctual, organized, and attentive to detail
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
