Seeking Servers and Bartenders with experience in craft cocktails

Hello Hospitality Enthusiasts! We are staffing up for an incredibly busy season and are looking to bring on an experienced bartender and server to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone who takes a lot of pride in their work, wants to improve themselves and ultimately are outgoing people. We need someone who understands the importance of setting themselves up for success and others.

Primary Responsibilities:
MAKE OUR COCKTAILS TO HOUSE SPECS AND HAVE THEM PHOTO READY ALWAYS.
Can guide a guest through a customized experience
Knowledge of the products used
Ability to communicate with a manager effectively and bring solutions to areas of opportunities.
Help other team members with opening and closing side work checklists for shifts daily
Resolve guest complaints by finding a way to say yes; involves the manager on duty as needed
Able to recognize and identify any potential security situations and inform security prior to it becoming elevated effectively
Maintain proper loss prevention standards, including cash handling procedures, accurate deposits and safe procedures
Promote and practice safe work habits; identify and communicate potential safety hazards; ensure accidents are
documented following proper procedures
Act as a role model for outstanding service; continuously works to elevate service standards and personally embodies
hospitality in daily actions
