show-stopping experiences for our guests. THE JOB: As a Guest Room

Attendant at the upscale hotel at MGM Springfield, your primary duties

will include thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms to ensure a

high level of guest satisfaction STARTING RATE: \$17.65 per hour THE

DAY-TO-DAY: Your responsibilities will also include making beds,

replenishing linens, towels, and amenities, restocking consumables, and

addressing guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Clean

bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors,

toilets, and tile floors with damp rags and proper chemicals when

applicable Place clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and clean

towels on towel racks Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of

repair Complete all duties in accordance with the room classification

checklist THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Able to effectively communicate in

English, in both written and verbal forms Excellent customer service

skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all

business contacts Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed

appearance adhering to company standards Can work varied shifts, to

include weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
