Qualifications:- Education : High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience : One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification : Valid state drivers license for facilities where Valet assistance may be needed, required.
- Additional skills required : Presents self in a professional manner and possesses strong customer services skills. Ability to converse with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and have proficient typing skills.
- Additional skills preferred: Be a current notary public or be willing to become a notary, if needed.
What Youll Do:
Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Provide clear directions and communicate current hospital policies and guidelines
Manage visitor control to maintain a safe, secure environment
Serve as the initial point of contact, delivering service excellence and compassionate care
Respond promptly to guest concerns with effective service recovery
Perform clerical duties and support hospital operations as assigned
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hospital services and resources to guide guests effectively
