Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals in accordance with dietary requirements and resident preferences

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Follow established menus and accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., diabetic, low-sodium)

Manage inventory and food supplies efficiently

Collaborate with care staff to ensure residents' mealtime satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior experience cooking in a care facility, hospital, or similar setting preferred

Knowledge of dietary restrictions for seniors

Food Handler Certification (Required)

Dependable, organized, and passionate about serving the elderly

Able to work independently and follow health/safety standards
