Receptionist

Our client is looking for an outgoing, punctual, organized Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! This position is located in Rancho Cordova and will be in office Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. The starting pay is $18/hour. Responsibilities

• Answer phones and transfer calls to correct department
• Greet incoming clients
• Assist with filing, scanning and faxing documents
• Retrieve packages and distribute mail
• Provide assistance with special projects
• Other admin duties as needed
