Bartender $17/hr

Job Description:

Join us at Beaver Street Food Co. as a Bartender and be a part of something special! We're searching for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our crew at Oregon State University. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work behind our Exclusive and private club bars during Football games (with potential for additional shifts at additional catering events).

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Set-up, stock, prepare, your station. Opening and Closing duties in a team or independently as assigned.

Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor alcohol consumption and verify customer ages.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members to provide an excellent dining experience.

Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

Ability to obtain OLCC and Food Handler card, if not already obtained.

Minimum one year proven bartending experience.

Knowledge of standard cocktails, recipes, jigger use, Beer pours and cocktail builds.

Must be available to be scheduled for full season home Football games.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

High volume experience preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with POS use preferred but not required.
