This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: Details**\**Description**\Come work with a diverse, and family-oriented team at the premiere hotel& resort in Flagstaff, Arizona\Some of the duties of a Line Cook will be:\Follow a given recipe and quality standard and prepare various fooditems, including vegetables, poultry, meats, and seafood for cookingusing different methods and kitchen equipment such as ovens, broilers,fryers, and grills\Stock and manage assigned food station(s) and ensure the quality of foodserved\Physically inspect and see all food sent from the kitchen and makerequisitions for food items and supplies that are needed\The Steward or Dishwasher ensures the kitchen, machinery, and equipmentare maintained in the most sanitary condition. Also responsible forwashing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchenvessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning, and detailing equipmentetc.
