Position Title: Custodian, Swing Shift - Summer 25
Business Unit: Facilities
Position Reports to: Custodial Supervisor
Location: Crystal Mt, Washington
Wage Range: $23-$25/hour
Must have reliable transportation. Employee shuttle service not offered for this position.
Schedule: Wed - Sun 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
POSITION IS HOUSING ELIGIBLE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Custodians are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our Food & Beverage venues. This position works a swing shift to take advantage of the time that buildings are least occupied.
Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors and restrooms
Deep clean and stock restrooms
Transport trash and recycling to appropriate containers
Report any restroom or lodge maintenance to Facilities Manager
Shampoo carpets
Straighten tables and chairs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
This position is required to work weekdays, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Ability to work "swing shift" hours from 2:30pm to 11pm
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a mop, vacuum, and broom on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
