Cafe Mado is seeking experienced, passionate, and professional Servers to join our team!

Redwood Hospitality is seeking Servers to join the team at their newest venture, Cafe Mado. Cafe Mado will be the third project from Michelin-starred Redwood Hospitality, after Oxalis, Place des Fetes and Laurel Bakery. Cafe Mado is located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and will serve coffee, Laurel Bakery pastries, breakfast items and pre-prepared foods offerered in the coffee lounge as well as a seated lunch and dinner.

Cafe Mado is looking for individuals who create genuine connections with their guests and who pride themselves on the ability to curate a memorable experience. Experience with low-intervention wine and cocktails is a plus, while attention to detail and steps of service is a must. Service will include lunch as well as dinner service, both indoors and outdoors in our back garden.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

2 years Serving experience in NYC or another major city

Knowledge of Toast POS

Open availability and a flexible schedule

A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create stellar guest experiences

Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude

Knowledge of low intervention wines and spirits is a plus

Experience on the opening team of a restaurant is a plus

Barista experience is a plus
