Bellhop Description

REVELxp provides a unique customer experience through its turnkey tailgate solutions, and bellhops are often the face of this experience. Bellhops provide the touchpoints on a game day that ensure customers receive top-notch service and leave satisfied with their tailgate experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers and guests

Exhibit outstanding customer service

Transport customers tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locations

Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needs

Assist staff with day-specific needs including, but not limited to hanging signage, assisting with trash cleanup, refueling generators, etc.

Qualifications

Team oriented mindset (must be a team player)

Passion for sports, entertainment, and delivering top-notch hospitality

Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers

Comfortable with working weekends

Willingness to work outside and in varying weather conditions

Applicant must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time. The applicant must be comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs.

Compensation

Part time, 10-20 hours/game week

Seasonal (August-December)

Rate: $14/hr

Future advancements

Bellhops that prove to be exceptional may be promoted to Bellhop Crew Chief, per the Event Managers discretion. Other job opportunities within REVELxp will be available to bellhops that display reliability over an extended period of time. Becoming a part of the REVELxp team, students will have the chance to develop essential skills, build their professional networks, and contribute to exciting events and activities within our industry.
