About Dockside Restaurant:
Dockside offers delicious lakeside dining at Coeur d'Alene Resort, featuring fresh seafood, steaks, and stunning views. We are seeking a detail-oriented Food Expeditor to ensure timely, accurate delivery of meals to our guests.
The Role:
As a Food Expeditor, you will coordinate between kitchen staff and servers, making sure every dish is perfect and delivered promptly to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Organize and prioritize food orders coming from the kitchen
+ Check dishes for presentation, accuracy, and quality before service
+ Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery
+ Relay special requests and modifications to the kitchen accurately
+ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the expediting area
+ Assist with maintaining a smooth flow during busy service times

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Clear communication and teamwork skills
+ Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
