Sanitation & Cleanliness:
Clean and maintain food preparation, work, and serving areas.
Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
Dispose of food waste and perishables appropriately during shifts.
Inventory & Organization:
Estimate supply needs and stock food items, kitchen tools, and equipment.
Organize and clean utensils and kitchen spaces.
Manage small cash transactions and maintain a tidy customer area.
Customer Service:
Greet guests and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide food suggestions, accommodate preferences, and process customer payments.
Ensure food is properly portioned and visually meets quality standards.
Food Preparation:
Follow recipes and prepare food items including baking, chopping, and grilling.
Use and maintain kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, cutlery).
Prepare ingredients and supplies for future shifts and rotate inventory appropriately.
Food Safety Compliance:
Check food temperatures and complete daily logs to ensure compliance.
Label and rotate products according to food safety guidelines.
Sanitize pans, dishes, and preparation areas; operate dishwashing equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must obtain a certified ServSafe Food Handler or related food safety certification within 45 days of hire .
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related environment.
Basic understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
