On-Call Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and flexible On-Call Cleaners to support our team on an as-needed basis. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work without a fixed schedule. On-call Cleaners will be contacted to fill in during staff absences, high-demand periods, or special projects. Responsibilities include general cleaning duties, restroom sanitation, and trash removal in various facility areas.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule:

This is an on-call position with no guaranteed hours. Work assignments will be offered based on operational needs and candidate availability. Shifts may vary in length and timing, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas, including production zones if applicable.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Respond to urgent cleaning needs as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing schedules.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive to on-call requests.
