- Must have the skills to use the authorized and proper techniques prescribed to clean, sanitize, and arrange the building and grounds.
- Must have the skills to accomplish minor repairs and perform preventative maintenance as directed
- Have the ability to take an active part in maintaining proper security procedures
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with students & staff
- Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to perform job functions without constant direct supervision
- Must have the full support of the Custodial/Maintenance Coordinator & Chief of Operations & Strategic Development
