The Role

We need a hands-on Front-of-House Manager who is equally comfortable running the floor and carrying a tray. Youll set the tone for service, coach a small staff, jump on tables during peak rush, and make sure every plate and smile hits the dining room on timealways in both Spanish and English.

What Youll Do

• Lead each shift: assign sections, run pre-shift, and keep covers moving.

• Serve when needed: greet, take orders, upsell specials, and close checks.

• Guest experience: resolve issues on the spot, comp when its right, and turn first-timers into regulars.

• Team coaching: train new servers, track side-work, and model hospitality first standards.

• FOH admin: end-of-day cash-outs, light scheduling, and daily sales recap to management.

• Floor standards: keep the dining room spotless and in compliance with health rules.

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual Spanish / English (fluent conversational).

• 2+ years in full-service dining and at least 6 months in a shift-lead or key-holder role.

• High-energy, people-first attitude; calm under Saturday-night pressure.

• Solid POS skills and basic cash-handling / tip-pool know-how.

• Flexible schedulenights, weekends, and occasional festivals or off-site events.
