Job Description
Eataly's bustling marketplaces contain a variety of quick service counters featuring coffee and drinks, pastries and gelato, pizza and focaccia, paninis and grab-and-go meal options. The QSR Specialist assists with the day-to-day operations of the QSR counters. Reports to the QSR General Manager and the QSR Assistant General Managers.
- Provides service across all QSR counters, ensuring the team consistently meets high standards of hospitality
- Sets ups stations and replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.)
- Ensures all items are dated and following First in First Out (FIFO) standards
- Manages transactions and ensures accurate accounting
- Prepares necessary collateral, weighs, labels, packages and serves products
- Supports, motivates, guides, educates and mentors team members
- Monitors inventory, checks orders and distributes supplies as needed throughout the department
- Ensures department complies with all quality, health, safety and sanitation standards
- Documents, investigates, resolve and escalates guest incidents
- Assists with administrative duties as needed
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
