Pahrump Food Server

Summary:

Responsible for taking food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of the sequence of service and following it at all times
• Clear, clean, reset and maintains station throughout shift
• Assist other servers as needed to provide excellent service to guests
• Remain knowledgeable of all menu items
• Perform necessary side work
• Maintain designated station by checking for proper table settings and cleanliness, making sure only clean and full condiments are used
• Follow departmental rules to ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Remain polite and poised at all times when dealing with guests
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
• Previous experience working in a team or group environment
• Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel
• Constant walking, standing, and use of hearing and vision
