Maintenance Mechanic

This Maintenance Mechanic Position Features:

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems within our manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment according to schedules

Diagnose mechanical issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective solutions

Repair and maintain mechanical systems including conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors, and hydraulics

Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints

Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades

Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS software

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
