Barista FOH - IMMEDIATE HIRE

RISBO seeks a highly motivated, friendly, energetic, and positive professional to join the FOH team. As a passionate Barista, driven to develop your craft in the art of making coffee, you will use a manual espresso machine to create high-end espresso products. We value the skill and precision it takes to master the art of coffee-making, and we encourage you to demonstrate your ability to create perfect espresso shots and perform beautiful latte art.

Part-time position (2 shifts + availability to pick up as needed): morning shifts and holidays. 10am - 4pm / 4pm - 11pm. Schedule to be determined. Weekend availability is must.
Compensation: $11/hr + great tips. $20 min guarantee.
Key requirements:
- Barista: 2 years experience
- On-time for shifts
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash register
- Strong ability to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and excellent work ethic
- Detail-oriented to maintain an elevated service flow
- Problem-solving and communication abilities

Responsibilities:
- Opening the restaurant
- Collaborate to create a coffee menu with actual trends
- Make and serve coffee, tea, drinks & food
- Keep the workspace clean and organized
- Use coffee machines and equipment
- Help with inventory and restocking
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service

English fluent speaking is necessary, Spanish and French a plus.
