◊Operates in compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicablemunicipal, state, and federal laws or regulations.

◊Emails to VIPs without valid phone number but with valid email address
◊Postal mail to VIPs without valid phone number or valid email address
◊Daily analytic reports for VIP status progression
◊Quarterly bonus eligibility based on job and player performance
Develop and implement communication strategy to build and maintain relationshipswith Wildwood VIPs through:
oPhone Calls to VIPs with valid phone numbers. This includes keeping records ofthe disposition of each phone call.
oPersonalized emails to customers with a valid email address.
oDirect Mail/Notes to VIPs with a valid physical mailing address
oLearn and record VIP information to establish a rapport (ex. Birthday, maritalstatus, game preferences, communication preferences, etc.
◊Update and manage VIP contact information in the Super Playmate database.
◊Market/sell casino offers, promotions, hotel stays and other amenities to driveincremental visitation.
◊Assist VIPs with personalized needs such as, but not inclusive of, hotel or restaurantreservations.
◊Periodically survey and monitor surrounding competition concerning club points,promotions, and progress.
◊Identify players with the potential to become a VIP.
◊Issue discretionary comps (food, gas, hotel) based on play to build loyalty among currentand potential VIPs
◊Assists with Special marketing and promotion events
◊Be knowledgeable of all Player’s Club operations
◊Performs assigned Player Development duties within deadlines
◊Provides assistance to supervisors and managers in direct support of theMarketing/Player Development department.
◊Implementing special VIP events monthly in alliance with the Player DevelopmentManager
