Job DetailsBearLeek is looking to form its opening team! This is the debut restaurant of Chefs Harrison Porter and Rema Maaliki , along with Beverage Director Carlos Meza. Opening in July of 2025 in RiNo we look to create a restaurant that offers our community a space full of energy, creativity and comfort. Using the combined experience of our chef team (Mercantile dining & provision, Brasserie Brixton, Wolfs Tailor, Alma Fonda Fina) we look to create a menu that is versatile and complex and uses seasonal ingredients from local sources when possible to showcase Colorado, our travels, and our passions. Our space has several options for diverse types of dining including a chefs counter, bar, community table and dining room. Our menu consists of 4 sections that are meant to be mixed and matched for another layer of customization to a guest's liking.
We are looking to build a team of professionals who are all in on the one team, one dream mentality and can embody fine dining principles with a graceful casualness that makes everything feel easy. Our preference is for a minimum of two years FOH experience, as well as a solid knowledge of wines and spirits.
Wages will be a combination of hourly and tips, starting at $27-30/ hr.
Additional benefits include eligibility for health insurance with an employer contribution.
