As our Spa Concierge Lead , you’ll play a key leadership role in setting the tone for a world-class spa experience. Acting as both a gracious host and a hands-on operational lead, you will ensure a seamless sense of arrival, guide and support our concierge team, and serve as a vital connector between our guests and wellness practitioners.

This part-time leadership position is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for luxury wellness. You’ll oversee the front-of-house flow while supporting the back-of-house operations, helping drive the guest experience from start to finish—including check-ins, guest orientation, locker room readiness, ambiance, and team performance.

What You’ll Do\:

  • Serve as the spa’s welcoming ambassador, offering intuitive guest assistance and thoughtful orientation through the facility
  • Coordinate bookings, service flow, and guest requests with clarity and care
  • Lead daily front desk operations, guiding and supporting spa concierge
  • Oversee locker room, relaxation areas, and spa cleanliness with high standards in linen, refreshments, and amenities
  • Support daily opening/closing duties and reporting procedures, including acting as Manager-on-Duty when scheduled
  • Conduct stand-up meetings, performance check-ins, and help train staff in Book4Time, rituals, and guest service standards
  • Assist in managing supply inventory and ordering for both front and back of house
  • Partner with Spa Management to enhance service consistency, team accountability, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor feedback channels (e.g., Medallia) and adjust service goals or team coaching as needed

What You Bring\:

  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality setting required
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide teams preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with a calm, proactive mindset
  • Strong multitasking and coordination skills in a guest-facing, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • A genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences
