Receiving Supervisor and lead a critical function in our East Chicago

operation. This is a great opportunity for those with a background in

industrial or manufacturing environments to step into a leadership role.

You\'ll help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient handling of incoming

materials - and support a team that makes a difference in environmental

services every day. Key Job Responsibilities: Supervise shift activities

in the Receiving area, acting as a hands-on leader for your team Ensure

all work meets Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and

internal policies Oversee inventory, sampling, labeling, and movement of

incoming drums Conduct daily inspections and assign tasks to meet

regulatory compliance (RCRA Part B Permit) Make sure containers are

properly transferred, stored, or processed according to procedures

Monitor and maintain equipment to keep operations running smoothly Other

duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or

equivalent Experience in inventory, quality control, or a similar

industrial environment Able to operate a forklift or willing to be

trained Prior supervisory experience is a plus Comfortable reading and

following SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading Able to work on-site and

adhere to the assigned schedule Must read, write, and understand English
