The Hunton is a boutique fine dining restaurant inside The Hotel Burg built on intentional service, culinary integrity, and genuine connection. We are currently seeking experienced, passionate, and service-driven Captains to join our growing family. This role is ideal for professionals who lead with warmth, think with purpose, and act with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Provide a welcoming and engaging bar experience for guests.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock of bar and bar tools.

• Follow all recipes, portion control, and garnishing standards.

• Work collaboratively with front-of-house team to support table service as needed.

• Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Maintain expert knowledge of all beverage offerings, including rotating menus and specials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining settings.

• Extensive cocktail, spirits, and wine knowledge required.

• Strong attention to detail and presentation.

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
