Sanitation Worker - 3rd Shift Job Description As a sanitation worker, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the production facility and equipment in adherence to food safety guidelines. You will dismantle and reassemble production equipment for thorough cleaning, use chemicals in proper concentrations, and ensure all chemicals are properly labeled and maintained. Additionally, you will disconnect machinery power sources for repair, remove garbage, and maintain housekeeping standards in the production plant and warehouse while following safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize the production facility and equipment according to food safety guidelines. Dismantle and reassemble production equipment for cleaning. Use chemicals in proper concentration according to company guidelines. Properly label and maintain all chemicals. Disconnect machinery power source for repair. Remove garbage from building and transport to dumpster. Maintain housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse. Follow company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of VISTA, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.
