Under the general supervision of the Food Service Manager, the Cook will prepare food for patient services, cafe and catering. All items will be prepared according to standardized recipes, diet order, consistency modification guidelines, and daily menu. The cook will also ensure a timely service. Required qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
Preferred qualifications:
- Coursework/Training and Completion of a vocational school in food service.
- 2 years of experience in Institutional Quantity Cooking.
