**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

1. Greets, assists with luggage and escorts guests to rooms.

2. .Projects a positive and out-going image to guests.

3. Provides information pertaining to services and facilities.

4. Assists guest with any special requests, such as directions or

travel arrangements.

5. Inspects guests room to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies

are adequate.

6. Explains features of room such as operations of radio, television,

and night-lock, and how to place telephone calls.

7. Delivers messages and run errands for the guest within the

facilities.\

Picks up/delivers articles for laundry from/to guest room(s).

8. Delivers packages, suitcases, and trunks.

9. Delivers amenities to guest rooms.

10. Keeps the Lobby clean, neat and organized at all times.

11. Enters in messages and package delivery information into hotel PMS.

12. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as

required.

13. Picks- up trash on the floor, chairs, sofas when working through out

the property.

14. Performs other duties as required.
