- Manage visitor check in/out, process mail, and interact with employees, contractors, and guests to solve problems as they arise
- Assist with facility needs, including conference room scheduling, office supply purchasing and inventory, vendor deliveries and service appointments, and knowledgeably answer questions regarding facility-related activities, policies, and programs
- Perform a wide range of clerical and general office duties, including maintaining confidential spreadsheets, databases, documents, contact lists, and directories
- Prepare and distribute a variety of reports, graphs, tables, and charts through data collection from multiple sources
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support marketing efforts as a secondary role, including posting and engaging on various channels and drafting select marketing materials
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, lunches, and other activities Requirements for your new career
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in event planning and/or marketing are a plus
- 1 to 3 years of office-related experience preferred
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
- Experience providing a high level of customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well is preferred Database experience
- Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
