We are looking for highly motivated, capable and enthusiastic
Bartenders with restaurant experience in high volume markets and basic
knowledge of Italian Food & Wine. Someone whos not just looking for a

Job Requirements & Expectations:

- 2 years of New York City or similar hospitality Bartending experience.
- Working knowledge of food, beverage, wine, cocktails and beer
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High Levels of Genuine Hospitality
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Work collaboratively with support staff in marking, clearing and
maintaining bar & tables
- Settling payment transactions
- Willingness to Learn
- Complete opening and closing side work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Relationship building with guests
- Making sure drinks & food are served in a timely manner
- Must be organized and have an extreme ability to multitask.
- Must be able to lift 50 Pounds and work while standing for long periods.
- Ability to climb and descend stairs often while working is a must

the Upper West Side & East Village. The Company was established in 2008 on the upper
west side of Manhattan, the restaurant is a landmark for some of the
best cured meats and cheeses, not to mention handmade pastas, in New
York City. We have a seasonally changing, casual & rustic menu,
Italian inspired favorites including house-made pastas, breads,
seasonal seafood, and grilled selections. Our bar is very popular, and
