As our Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef to inspire and lead our culinary team. What Youll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant environment.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognised culinary institution preferred.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and hands-on approach to management.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.

  • Passion for food and a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
