Position Summary:

Were looking for a skilled, personable bartender who brings knowledge, hustle, and hospitality to the bar every shift. Someone who can mix a cocktail as well as they can hold a conversation. If youve got a deep respect for quality spirits, love curating a whole vibe, and know how to balance speed with style, lets talk.

Responsibilities:

* Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails, with a focus on clean, bold flavors using premium, organic, and minority-owned spirits
* Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping a cool, professional demeanor
* Maintain a clean, organized bar and uphold DOH and safety standards
* Recommend drinks and food pairings to elevate the guest experience
* Open and close the bar, including setting up, restocking, and cash handling
* Monitor guest behavior and responsibly serve alcohol
* Create a welcoming, inclusive, and elevated space for all guests
* Work efficiently during high-volume periods, managing bar and floor orders

Qualifications:

* 2+ years bartending experience in a fast-paced NYC or Brooklyn bar preferred
* Knowledge of classic cocktails and current bar trends
* Must be 21+
* Friendly, professional, and able to read a room
* Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash
* Passion for culture, flavor, and guest experience
* Weekend and evening availability is a must
