Maintenance Engineer**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep and management of the property, which includes hard and clay courts, general cleaning, grounds maintenance, bubble structures, and building maintenance. Your role will involve performing light HVAC repairs, changing furnace filters and lightbulbs, painting, sweeping and vacuuming floors and courts, trash removal, snow removal, salting sidewalks in winter, cleaning restrooms and locker rooms, and light landscaping during spring and summer.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and manage property facilities including hard courts, clay courts, and building maintenance.
+ Conduct light HVAC repairs and maintenance.
+ Change furnace filters and lightbulbs as needed.
+ Perform painting tasks around the facility.
+ Sweep and vacuum floors and courts.
+ Remove trash from designated areas.
+ Conduct snow removal and salting of sidewalks during winter months.
+ Clean restrooms and locker rooms to ensure hygiene.
+ Perform light landscaping duties during spring and summer.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong knowledge of court maintenance and general building upkeep.
+ Ability to perform basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
+ High attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with HVAC systems is highly preferred.

Work at a tennis club featuring 6 tennis courts and 8 outdoor courts, with 4 under bubble structures. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, New York.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
