Maintenance Technician**
The role involves completing planned and emergency maintenance work assignments promptly and safely. You will be responsible for inspecting and repairing conveyors, gear reducers, chains, belt drives, cappers, fillers, hydraulics, and pneumatics, among other machinery. Your duties will also include electrical repairs on equipment such as motors, PLCs, gear boxes, and control panels, maintaining packaging and production systems, operating machinery, and ensuring all records and paperwork are completed accurately.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete planned and emergency maintenance work assignments safely and in a timely manner.
+ Inspect and repair conveyors, gear reducers, chains, belt drives, cappers, fillers, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
+ Repair equipment electrically, including motors, PLCs, gear boxes, and control panels.
+ Maintain packaging and production systems and equipment.
+ Perform welding tasks when necessary.
+ Complete all required records and paperwork neatly, accurately, and promptly.
+ Operate machinery efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in maintenance repair and as a maintenance technician.
+ Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ Proficiency in mechanical and electrical repairs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 5 years of experience in repairing equipment.
+ Welding skills preferred but not mandatory.
