The Position: Front of House Manager

Managers will help drive restaurant operations. Managers must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture. They get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a culture of genuine hospitality for all team members and guests.
  • Ensure the dining room is always clean and well-stocked and ensure that team members have all the tools they need for a successful shift.
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with the kitchen operations team during service periods.
  • Support all service staff and actively participate in service.
  • Ensure that every meal and moment exceed expectations throughout the entire dining experience.
  • Comply with HR practices and policies hold employees accountable for all standards and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guest.
  • Provides feedback and guidance focusing on support and hospitality, ensuring that all team members have the tools to succeed.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
