Job Details Sublime Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dedicated Line Cook ($18-$23/hour) to join our team!LATE NIGHT WORK HOURS
3PM to 2 AM And 5PM to 3AM
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH
Plancha or Griddle experience needed, Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong background of upholding standards, contributing to an organized and collaborative workplace culture and providing high quality and consistent dining experiences. Experience & Qualifications - 1 year of cooking in a high paced/high volume, full service bar or restaurant - Flexible hours including nights (and late night 1-3AM), weekends and holidays - Positive attitude, excellent teamwork, a willingness to take direction and superior service standard - Must hold relevant and current certifications (Food Handlers/ServSafe) - Experience with fried foods (prepped and cooked to order) a plus! - Ability to speak Spanish a plus! Duties & Responsibilities - Prepare and cook high quality menu items according to recipe, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, portion size and time standards are met. - Set up and stock station, manage inventory control, and monitor the usage of supplies to minimize waste. - Excellent communication skills with high level recall of menu items to run a smooth and efficient service. - Work as efficiently independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude when answering and reporting to leadership. -Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment with a positive attitude even when in a potentially hot or cold work environment. - Properly clean and break down kitchen at the end of the service. - Ensuring all food handling, storage and hygiene standards are met when prepping, cooking, and breaking down.
