Key Responsibilities:

Coffee Craftsmanship : Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and tea beverages consistently and according to our standards.

Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service with a focus on creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.

High-Volume Handling : Efficiently manage high-volume periods, particularly during morning rush hours, while maintaining quality and speed of service.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation, effective communication, and a positive atmosphere.

Cleanliness & Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the barista station, seating areas, and equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Flexibility : Adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Community Engagement : Build strong relationships with regular customers and contribute to a sense of community within the cafe.

Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum of 1 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Skills : Strong knowledge of coffee techniques, equipment maintenance, and a passion for coffee culture.

Service-Oriented : A genuine desire to provide excellent service and create a positive experience for all guests.

Adaptability : Ability to handle the demands of a busy cafe, work under pressure, and maintain composure during peak times.

Team Playe r: Ability to work well with others, take direction, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail in drink preparation, presentation, and overall cleanliness.

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
