FC Net and Grill Restaurant is seeking a friendly, energetic, and

customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the

face of the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcome, taken care

of, and satisfied from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your

ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive

attitude will be key to success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude

Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make

recommendations

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the

kitchen/bar

Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

Provide attentive and efficient service to all guests

Process guest payments accurately using POS system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas

Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Assist in setting and resetting tables for service

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth food and drink

delivery

Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and

escalate when necessary

Participate in opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience as a server preferred but not required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays up to

25 lbs
