Job Duties: \n

\n

• Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage \n
• Regularly assist with the labeling, handling and\/or storing of guest luggage \n
• Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles \n
• Answer all guest questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction \n
• Handle all group baggage transfers and amenity deliveries \n
• Communicate with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction \n \n

Job Requirements: \n

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time \n
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis \n
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items on a regular basis \n \n
