Overview:
We're looking for a Lead Line Cook to help guide and support our kitchen team in delivering exceptional, consistent, and timely food. This role blends hands-on cooking responsibilities with leadership duties, helping ensure our kitchen runs efficiently and with intention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to standard, with consistency, speed, and precision.
  • Set up and break down stations with all necessary mise en place.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Act as a shift lead when the Sous Chef or Chef is not present.
  • Support onboarding and training of new line cooks and prep staff.
  • Monitor station performance and help enforce kitchen systems and prep procedures.
  • Assist with managing inventory levels and communicating low stock needs.
  • Lead by example to maintain high morale, efficiency, and professionalism on the line.
  • Work closely with Chef and Sous to test new dishes or execute seasonal changes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to delegate tasks while staying hands-on.
  • Reliable, consistent, and calm under pressure.
  • Passion for food, learning, and mentoring others.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $25.00)
